Eating Temptation | Solutions

Has anyone ever experienced two type of hunger creep up on them at time, I admit it's happens to me. But I have good news, there are solutions!

Always remember health is not a destination that you arrive at but it's a journey and a lifestyle that you work for everyday!

Emotional V. Hunger

You want to work towards being healthy and fit? These five strategies below will be your help in hand:)

1. Set up a healthy home environment!

2. Identify Triggers triggers and bad eating habits!

3. Pause when carving starts creeping up!

4. Find a new outlet besides food (fulfilling your hobbies)!

5. Improve health and well being!

What's funny is that a huge difference between emotion and physical hunger is that after satisfying your emotion hunger it then tends to bring guilt, on the other hand, after satisfying physical hunger it just comes with satisfaction, excluding guilt. However, this is not always the case because when you aspire to be health and work towards that, eating something as small as a cupcake could bring a sense of guilt due to it being unhealthy. I hope you guys found this interesting as I did.

Lets be healthy!
