Who does not love water?? considering the fact that we are unable describe the taste of water, however,we crave water every single day of our lives. Drinking water frequently will make you feel more healthier and cleaner so to speak, prior to even fitness training. I know of 8 benefits of to drinking water which some are un-aware of.
